Foundation Wellness, a Gridiron Capital portfolio company based in Wadsworth, Ohio, has acquired CURREX, a Hamburg-based maker of performance insoles for athletes and active consumers. The add-on expands Foundation Wellness’s product portfolio and channel mix—adding CURREX’s strength in run-specialty retail and European presence while leveraging Foundation’s DTC and digital capabilities to accelerate growth internationally.
