The acquisition strengthens Hyperice’s HyperSmart ecosystem and product development pipeline as the company prepares to unveil new recovery technologies in 2021.

Cincinnati-based creative strategy and branding agency Hyperquake has acquired Salt Lake City–area digital marketplace engineering firm MarCore Group and merged its team into Hyperquake’s Growth Marketing pillar. MarCore’s founder Ari Monkarsh joins Hyperquake as Executive Director of Growth Marketing as the firms integrate digital engineering, performance marketing and affiliate capabilities to broaden Hyperquake’s service offering.

Continuim Equity Partners Acquires MindCore Technologies

Continuim Equity Partners has acquired MindCore Technologies, a Terrebonne, Quebec-based designer and manufacturer of high-voltage and extra-high-voltage switching solutions for electric utilities. Continuim will partner with MindCore's existing management team (who remain shareholders) to expand manufacturing capacity, add complementary product offerings, and open a new U.S. production facility to support North American utility customers.
