Core Scientific Acquires Assets and Technology of Atrio Inc.

Core Scientific has acquired certain assets and technology of Atrio Inc., a performance-critical AI and High Performance Computing (HPC) cloud services company, to strengthen its AI and HPC cloud capabilities. As part of the transaction, Atrio's former CEO Max Alt joins Core Scientific as Senior Vice President of Artificial Intelligence Technology and Atrio's developers and service providers have agreed to work with Core Scientific.
