CoreStack Inc., an AI-powered multi-cloud governance platform based in Bellevue, Washington, has acquired Karthik Consulting LLC, a Virginia-based federal IT and cybersecurity systems integrator. The deal brings Karthik Consulting's cATO and DevSecOps capabilities and ~125 security-focused professionals into CoreStack to accelerate the company's expansion into the U.S. federal market and bolster its cloud-security offerings.

Core Scientific Acquires Assets and Technology of Atrio Inc.

Core Scientific has acquired certain assets and technology of Atrio Inc., a performance-critical AI and High Performance Computing (HPC) cloud services company, to strengthen its AI and HPC cloud capabilities. As part of the transaction, Atrio's former CEO Max Alt joins Core Scientific as Senior Vice President of Artificial Intelligence Technology and Atrio's developers and service providers have agreed to work with Core Scientific.
