FalconTek, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business federal contractor headquartered in Herndon, Virginia, has acquired Core Mission Solutions LLC (CMS), a language and intelligence analysis provider based in Ashburn, Virginia. The acquisition brings CMS' cleared language, cultural advisory, intelligence analysis, and training capabilities into FalconTek to expand its support for the Department of Defense, intelligence community, and federal law enforcement customers.

CoreStack will acquire Optio3's technology, IP, and team (with Optio3 co-founder Sridhar Chandrashekar joining CoreStack as Chief Digital Officer) to accelerate its NextGen cloud governance capabilities across FinOps, SecOps, and CloudOps.

CASE, a portfolio company of private equity firm AE Industrial Partners, has acquired CyberKinetics, a Herndon, Virginia-based cloud and cyber services provider focused on federal and national security customers. The deal (terms undisclosed) adds cloud, DevOps, data engineering and IT infrastructure planning capabilities to CASE and is intended to provide scale to pursue larger contracts; CyberKinetics’ management will remain with the combined organization.
