The deal brings Karthik Consulting's cATO and DevSecOps capabilities and ~125 security-focused professionals into CoreStack to accelerate the company's expansion into the U.S. federal market and bolster its cloud-security offerings.

Core4ce Acquires Azimuth Corporation

The deal combines Core4ce's data-driven national security capabilities with Azimuth's AAIM lab and R&D expertise to expand ISR, AI/ML, threat protection and warfighter support capabilities.

Smartronix Acquires C2S Consulting Group

Smartronix, an OceanSound Partners company, has acquired C2S Consulting Group, a Herndon, Virginia-based cloud solutions provider. The acquisition adds more than 50 technical staff, expands Smartronix's cloud capabilities and client footprint into the U.S. Intelligence Community and Department of Homeland Security, and places C2SCG leaders into Smartronix leadership roles; financial terms were not disclosed.

PCS-Mosaic Acquires Four ASRC Federal Intelligence Units to Launch Athenix

PCS-Mosaic Holdings acquired four intelligence-focused companies (OSI LLC, Agency Consulting Group LLC, Kimmich Software Solutions LLC, and ExaTech Solutions LLC) from ASRC Federal and consolidated them into a new Athenix business unit based in Columbia, Maryland. The move expands PCS-Mosaic’s intelligence community, SIGINT and cyber capabilities and creates scale across its portfolio to pursue additional defense and intelligence contracts.
