MSQ Acquires United Digital Group (UDG)

MSQ has acquired United Digital Group (UDG), a €40m-revenue, 350-strong German digital customer experience agency, to build a pan‑European digital customer experience and tech powerhouse. The deal, which adds UDG's design, engineering and technical delivery capabilities to MSQ's global network, is part of MSQ's PE-backed growth strategy supported by One Equity Partners and LDC; UDG was previously part of PIA Group (owned by Equistone).

LDC and MSQ Management Acquire MSQ Partners from NVM

LDC has invested alongside MSQ Partners' senior management to acquire MSQ Partners in a deal valuing the business at around £37.5 million, enabling NVM Private Equity to exit. MSQ Partners is a multi-disciplinary marketing communications group of more than 600 employees across the UK, Asia and the US; LDC's capital will be used to accelerate international growth, expand capabilities and pursue potential acquisitions.

GR0 Acquires QuaGrowth to Launch Email/SMS Marketing Offering

GR0, a Los Angeles-based digital marketing agency, has acquired QuaGrowth, a Phoenix-based email and SMS marketing agency that specializes in Klaviyo and Shopify+. QuaGrowth will operate as GR0's Email/SMS marketing service offering, with QuaGrowth CEO Jason Boehle becoming Director, Email & SMS Marketing and reporting to GR0 co-founders Kevin Miller and Jon Zacharias.

MSQ Acquires New York Creative Agency SPCSHP

London-based MSQ has acquired New York-based creative agency SPCSHP (formerly Big Spaceship), adding roughly 140 employees and more than doubling MSQ's U.S. presence and North American revenues to $100 million. The deal, backed by private equity partners One Equity Partners and LDC, expands MSQ's capabilities and scale in North America and integrates SPCSHP into MSQ's global network of creative, media and technology agencies.

One Equity Partners (OEP) has acquired MSQ Partners, a London-headquartered creative and technology agency group with over 1,200 employees across 13 offices. OEP will use MSQ as a platform to pursue international expansion and consolidation in tech-enabled marketing and digital transformation; LDC exited its majority investment but will reinvest as a minority partner.
