ROUVY Acquires BKOOL Indoor Cycling Platform

ROUVY has completed the acquisition of Spain-based indoor cycling platform BKOOL for an undisclosed sum. BKOOL will continue to operate as a standalone brand within The ROUVY Group, with employees retained and the platform used to bolster ROUVY's presence in Spain, France and Denmark while adding complementary route-creation capabilities.
