The acquisition gives Volaris a foothold in the marketing management (MarTech) vertical and Crosscap will continue to operate autonomously under CEO Craig Bushert.

Hexure Acquires Vive

Hexure, a provider of sales and regulatory automation solutions for the life and annuity industry, has acquired Vive, a quote-and-e-submission platform for term life insurance. The deal combines Hexure's quoting and e-application capabilities with Vive's multi-carrier distribution network (used by more than 20,000 advisors and 55+ BGAs) to create a unified platform for life and annuity distribution.

Blackstone Acquires Vungle, Mobile Performance Marketing Platform

Private equity funds managed by Blackstone completed the acquisition of Vungle, a San Francisco–based performance marketing platform for in-app video advertisements. Blackstone said the buy will support Vungle's growth and help expand its platform capabilities and market reach to better serve advertisers and app publishers.

Acrisure Acquires Volante Global

Acrisure has acquired Volante Global, a London-headquartered, multi-class international Managing General Agent (MGA) that includes brands such as Aesir Space and Horizon Europe AG. The deal (terms not disclosed) brings Volante's specialty underwriting capabilities, Lloyd’s syndicate alignment and international presence into Acrisure’s growing MGA strategy; prior majority investor was Nephila Holdings Ltd. (a subsidiary of Markel Corporation).
