GrubMarket Acquires Best Fresh Produce, Inc.

The deal brings Grand Food's processing capabilities, customer relationships with grocery chains, restaurants and online grocers, and access to production facilities in California, the Midwest and Europe into GrubMarket's network and WholesaleWare platform.
