The acquisition—closed September 30, 2022—brings Global NetWatch's synthetic-traffic monitoring platform and global node footprint into TSG's service offering, with the Global NetWatch team joining TSG's Omaha office.

Wayside Technology Group Acquires Spinnakar Limited

(NASDAQ: WSTG) completed the acquisition of UK-based IT channel distributor Spinnakar Limited for an aggregate purchase price of $11.8 million (subject to customary adjustments) to expand its EMEA distribution footprint. Spinnakar, a specialist in storage, cloud, security and data management, will be led post-acquisition by founder Gerard Brophy and integrated with Wayside's European business units to drive vendor recruitment and cross-sell opportunities.
