The purchase expands CPSSC’s environmental, industrial and utility capabilities—notably in nuclear plant decommissioning, demolition, infrastructure and power delivery services—and combines complementary teams and equipment to better serve public and private sector customers.

SWS — founded in 1978 with more than 70 employees and over $32 million in annual revenue — provides hazardous and non-hazardous waste management, transportation, container rental and washout services; the deal is TAS's third add-on since Blue Point acquired the platform in May 2019.
