ResultsCX Acquires Aucera

ResultsCX has acquired Aucera (formerly DialAmerica), a large privately owned Customer Experience Management (CXM) and contact-center operator, broadening ResultsCX's US footprint and strengthening its Healthcare, BFSI and Utilities capabilities. The deal brings more than 1,200 Aucera employees into ResultsCX's global team; ResultsCX is backed by ChrysCapital.
