InVue, founded in 1986 and headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, reported roughly $165 million in 2024 sales and about 260 employees; ASSA ABLOY says the acquisition will be accretive to EPS from the start.

The sale represents an exit for private equity owner Maven (including its Buyout Fund and Maven Investor Partners).
