Window Nation, a direct-to-consumer provider of replacement windows and exterior doors headquartered in Fulton, Maryland, operates across 15 U.S. markets and has ~550 employees; AEA will partner with the founders to drive the company's next phase of growth.

Window Nation Acquires NewSouth Window Solutions from MITER Brands

Window Nation, a PE-backed national window replacement platform, acquired NewSouth Window Solutions from MITER Brands to expand its Florida footprint and strengthen capabilities in impact-resistant windows. The deal adds NewSouth’s nine showrooms and regional teams, reinforcing Window Nation’s strategy of combining strong regional brands with national scale.

DuraServ Acquires AE Door & Window

DuraServ LLC, a PE-backed provider of overhead door and loading dock solutions, has acquired AE Door & Window, a Cincinnati-based residential garage door, entry door, and window service and installation company. The deal expands DuraServ's residential product offerings and Midwest footprint across Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana; AE's president Adam Weber will become Senior Vice President, Residential at DuraServ.

ASSA ABLOY Acquires InVue

ASSA ABLOY has acquired InVue, a US-based provider of precision-engineered connected asset protection and access control solutions, expanding ASSA ABLOY’s capabilities in access control and retail asset protection. InVue, founded in 1986 and headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, reported roughly $165 million in 2024 sales and about 260 employees; ASSA ABLOY says the acquisition will be accretive to EPS from the start.

Cascade Windows Acquires Amerimax Windows & Doors

Cascade Windows, a portfolio company of CenterOak Partners, has acquired Amerimax Windows & Doors from OmniMax International. The acquisition adds Amerimax’s vinyl window and door product lines and two manufacturing facilities in Loveland, Colorado and Woodland, California, expanding Cascade’s retrofit and replacement capacity across the Western United States.

Allegion Acquires UAP Group Limited

Allegion plc has acquired UAP Group Limited, a Bury, England–based designer and supplier of residential door and window hardware founded in 1996. UAP — which holds nearly 200 patents, trademarks and registered designs — will report into Allegion's International segment and UAP CEO David Jennings will join Allegion; terms were not disclosed. The sale represents an exit for private equity owner Maven (including its Buyout Fund and Maven Investor Partners).
