H.I.G. Capital, through an affiliate, has completed the acquisition of Northwest Pump and Equipment Co., a distributor and service provider to fueling stations, EV charging infrastructure and other industrial customers across the Western United States. The company, founded in 1959, operates approximately 20 branch locations with ~350 employees and serves nearly 6,000 customers; H.I.G. intends to support organic and inorganic growth to expand product and service offerings and geographic density.

Harrington (Bain Portfolio) Acquires PumpMan from Soundcore Capital Partners

PumpMan is a provider of onsite maintenance, repair, replacement and pump sales for commercial, industrial and municipal water and wastewater systems; the deal adds national pump service capabilities to Harrington's flow-control distribution platform.

(MSC&RPM), a Paterson, New Jersey provider of pump, motor and water/wastewater infrastructure services. The acquisition closed July 21, 2022; Hidden Harbor will partner with management to pursue growth and expand MSC&RPM's footprint in municipal, industrial and transportation end markets.
