Marijuana, Inc., doing business as Exousia Pro, has acquired 100% of Exousia AI from Ludwig Enterprises, Inc. in a cash-and-stock transaction that includes issuance of 47,000,000 restricted shares, assumption of approximately $75,000 in liabilities, and a $100,000 promissory note to the seller. The acquisition gives Exousia Pro a worldwide license to plant‑based exosome technology and adds R&D and manufacturing capabilities for exosome-based cosmeceutical, nutraceutical and therapeutic applications (dermatology, dental and oncology studies).

Accenture Acquires Ergo to Expand Data & AI Capabilities
