ONRAD Acquires Direct Radiology from Royal Philips

ONRAD Inc., a teleradiology services provider backed by Housatonic Partners, has acquired Direct Radiology from Royal Philips. The deal combines Direct Radiology's ~80 radiologists and 430+ facility relationships with ONRAD's existing platform to create the largest independent teleradiology provider in the United States; Direct Radiology will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of ONRAD.

Radiology Partners Raises $720M Growth Equity and Completes Debt Refinancing

Radiology Partners closed approximately $720 million of growth equity from existing and new investors and completed an exchange offer and amendment to its credit facilities, extending debt maturities into 2028–2030. The transactions meaningfully reduced leverage and leave the practice with more than $500 million of cash and liquidity to fund expanded clinical services and investments in technology and AI.

5th Century Partners Acquires Radon Medical Imaging
