Atlanta-based Randall Brothers Inc. has acquired PMC Building Materials, LLC and combined the two companies under the Randall Brothers name. The deal brings PMC's senior management and staff into Randall Brothers and supports the opening of a new state-of-the-art Atlanta headquarters and showroom to expand product offerings and distribution capabilities.
