Spahn & Rose Lumber Co., a Dubuque, Iowa–based lumber and building‑materials distributor, has agreed to acquire Metro Building Products of Marietta, Georgia. The family‑owned buyer will keep Metro’s name and local management while expanding Spahn & Rose’s geographic footprint and product offerings in the Atlanta market.
