Bitsight Technologies has agreed to acquire cyber threat intelligence provider Cybersixgill in a $115 million deal. Bitsight plans to integrate Cybersixgill’s real-time threat intelligence and AI capabilities into its cyber risk management and external attack surface/supply chain offerings.

Check Point Software Technologies is acquiring threat intelligence firm Cyberint (Cyberint Technologies) to integrate its external risk management, threat intelligence and attack-surface management capabilities into Check Point's SOC and Infinity platform. The deal, reported at about $200 million, strengthens Check Point's managed threat-intelligence and SOC offerings; the transaction is expected to close by Q4 2024.

Proofpoint Acquires InteliSecure for $62.5M

FireEye Acquires iSIGHT Partners for up to $275 Million

FireEye acquired cyber threat intelligence firm iSIGHT Partners in a deal valued at up to $275 million, paying approximately $200 million in cash with up to $75 million in performance-based incentives. The acquisition (closed January 14, 2016) adds subscription-based intelligence capabilities and personnel (roughly 350 staff) to FireEye to expand its threat intelligence offerings and create cross-sell opportunities across industry verticals and government customers.
