Raptor Technologies Acquires SmartPass

Raptor Technologies has acquired SmartPass, a digital hall pass and student accountability SaaS used by thousands of K–12 schools, to expand its school safety and operations product portfolio. The deal integrates SmartPass's hall-pass technology into Raptor's suite of safety solutions, with IKONA Partners advising SmartPass and Reach Capital and Goodwin Procter advising Raptor.
