RTB Holdings announced its acquisition of Boost Transport, LLC, a Georgia-based provider of managed transportation services, less-than-truckload (LTL), parcel, and fulfillment solutions. Boost will continue operating under its existing name and leadership team as part of the AMX Companies, the asset-light logistics operating group anchored by Alabama Motor Express. The transaction closed on August 21, 2026; terms were not disclosed.

RK Logistics Group Acquires Facility and Assets from Southwest Supply Chain Solutions

RK Logistics Group acquired a 79,000 square-foot climate-controlled warehouse and related assets (including freight contracts and a modest fleet) from Tempe-based Southwest Supply Chain Solutions, expanding RK's footprint in the greater Phoenix metro. The move positions RK to support growing semiconductor and EV battery manufacturing in Arizona and brings RK's full suite of warehousing, expedited transportation and technology-enabled logistics services to the Tempe site.
