Realtor.com (Move, Inc.) Acquires UpNest

Move, Inc., the operator of Realtor.com and a News Corp subsidiary, has acquired San Mateo-based UpNest, a marketplace that connects home sellers with competing local agents. Founder Simon Ru and UpNest's 50+ person team will join Move, Inc.; terms were not disclosed. The acquisition advances Realtor.com's seller-focused offerings and expands its agent-referral capabilities.
