Recycling Lives Acquires John R. Adam and Sons Ltd

Recycling Lives, a portfolio company backed by Three Hills Capital Partners, has acquired Glasgow-based metal recycler John R. Adam and Sons Ltd. The bolt-on expands Recycling Lives’ UK footprint to 23 locations, enhances export capability via JRA&S’s deep-water berth and 600 tpd processing capacity, and supports planned investment to increase capacity and jobs as the Group targets c.£300m turnover and 550+ staff.
