Red Iron Group Makes Strategic Growth Investment in Graphite Financial; Graphite Acquires CPM Advisory Group

Menlo Park-based private investment firm Red Iron Group made a strategic growth investment in Graphite Financial, a New York-based provider of fractional finance and accounting services. Concurrently, Graphite acquired CPM Advisory Group and will combine CPM's business and team into Graphite to expand reporting, planning and analytics capabilities for its national client base.
