Red White & Bloom Brands Completes Acquisition of Ayurcann (Emblem Cannabis Acquisition)

Red White & Bloom Brands, through its wholly owned subsidiary Emblem Cannabis Corporation, has completed the acquisition of Ayurcann in a court-supervised CCAA sale process. The deal adds the Fuego, Xplor and Happy & Stoned vape and pre-roll brands, a Health Canada-licensed formulation/manufacturing and packaging facility in Pickering, Ontario, and national distribution across eight provinces and territories.
