Roqad has acquired Zeotap-Data, the third-party audience business of Zeotap, in a deal that will integrate Zeotap-Data’s large-scale audience segments into Roqad’s identity graph and data onboarding capabilities. The transaction (undisclosed amount) will retain current staff, add headcount in the UK and Germany, and expand Roqad’s privacy-compliant targeting and activation reach across major DSPs including Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk and others.
