All Traffic Data (Seaport Capital Portfolio Company) Acquires Key Data Network

All Traffic Data Services, a Seaport Capital–backed traffic data collection and analysis platform, has acquired Key Data Network, an Oregon-based provider of traffic counts, parking studies and GIS data services. Founder Conley Bergh will join ATD as Regional Manager for the Pacific Northwest as ATD expands its service footprint and capabilities in Oregon, Washington and Northern California.
