Relation Insurance Services, a PE-backed national insurance brokerage, acquired the assets of Georgia-based Allen Insurance Group in December 2021. The deal expands Relation's presence in Georgia and strengthens its commercial trucking insurance capabilities; Allen's leaders Gary Allen and Tricia Adams will continue to run the business.
