Relation Insurance Services, Inc. acquired the assets of North Shore Benefit Partners Corporation and HR Virtual Solutions, LLC, expanding Relation’s employee benefits practice in Illinois. The two Chicagoland-based firms will join Relation’s Great Lakes Region, with their principals continuing to lead their respective practices; terms were not disclosed.
