RESA Power, a portfolio company of Investcorp, has acquired PCA Valence Engineering Technologies Ltd., a Calgary- and Edmonton-based electrical testing and commissioning services provider. The deal expands RESA Power’s presence and technician roster in western Canada to better serve power distribution and industrial customers.
