Rexel USA acquired DEE Electronics to expand from standard electrical distribution into specialized electronic component distribution and OEM-focused assembly and supply chain services. DEE, headquartered in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, will join Rexel USA’s Advanced Services organization, pairing DEE’s kitting/assembly and component sourcing capabilities with Rexel’s national footprint and supplier relationships.
