Rezolut Acquires Assets of Westwood Open MRI

Rezolut, a national diagnostic medical imaging platform, has acquired substantially all of the assets of Westwood Open MRI, an outpatient imaging center in West Los Angeles. The acquisition expands Rezolut's presence in Southern California and adds another MRI-capable location to its national network; clinical services at the center will continue to be provided by Rad Alliance Inc.
