Rezolut Acquires/Partners With Southtowns Radiology

Rezolut, a national diagnostic medical imaging platform, entered into a partnership agreement to acquire Southtowns Radiology, a three-center outpatient radiology network headquartered in Hamburg, New York. The deal expands Rezolut’s outpatient imaging footprint in the Northeast to 19 centers and increases its national total to 43 locations, while allowing Southtowns’ private practice radiologists to continue providing interpretation services.
