Rhino Tool House, a PE-backed value-added distributor based in Concord, North Carolina, has acquired MP Industrial, a Tacoma, Washington-based provider of assembly tools, material handling solutions and calibration services. The add-on expands Rhino Tool House’s Western U.S. footprint and boosts its repair, maintenance and calibration capabilities as part of the platform backed by Blue Sea Capital.
