Rhino Tool House Acquires C Tek Lean Solutions

Rhino Tool House (RTH), a PE-backed industrial solutions platform, has acquired C Tek Lean Solutions, a Mooresville, North Carolina-based designer and assembler of custom lean material-handling solutions. The deal expands RTH's Design & Build division and product offering, with C Tek President Chris Dawson joining RTH's executive team and becoming a shareholder.
