Rhino Tool House completed the acquisition of Ergonomic Solutions, Inc. (ESI) and Teknikor to expand its material handling and automation services capabilities. The deal adds ESI’s overhead crane/conveyor and custom material handling expertise and Teknikor’s automated systems controls and installation services, extending Rhino Tool House’s reach across the Midwest and Northeast.
