Magnolia River Services, a Warren Equity Partners–owned provider of pipeline and geospatial solutions, has acquired the assets and operations of INTEGRI-TEK. The deal adds GIS consulting, business intelligence, data management, and pipeline asset knowledge-management capabilities focused on midstream gas/liquids, renewables (including carbon capture), and the energy transition to Magnolia River's existing engineering, inspection and software services.
