Ridgemont Equity Partners has led a majority investment in Strata Information Group (SIG), a San Diego-based provider of managed IT services to higher education, with Fort Point Capital noted as a selling/minority investor across releases. Immediately following the closing, SIG acquired BHA Technologies, an Ellucian-focused higher education services partner, to expand its Ellucian-related service capabilities.
