Risk Theory, a specialty insurance platform, completed its acquisition of Roundhill Express, a technology-enabled managing general agent (MGA) underwriting commercial habitational properties throughout New York City. The deal is Risk Theory’s first MGA acquisition and is intended to advance its disciplined buy-and-build strategy in high-barrier specialty insurance markets.
