Riskonnect Acquires Sword GRC

Riskonnect, the Atlanta-based integrated risk management software provider, has acquired UK-based Sword GRC from Sword Group to incorporate project risk capabilities into its IRM platform. The deal expands Riskonnect's product capabilities and geographic reach, bringing Sword GRC's Active Risk Manager and customer base into Riskonnect's integrated offering.
