Riskonnect has acquired Ventiv Technology to combine the two companies' risk, insurance and underwriting technology solutions into a unified integrated risk management platform. The deal, supported by Riskonnect's majority investor TA Associates, expands product capabilities (analytics, claims, billing, policy administration) and aims to accelerate global growth and customer value for the combined 2,500+ customers.
