Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers completed its acquisition of IAA, a leading global digital marketplace connecting vehicle buyers and sellers. Under the amended merger agreement, IAA shareholders received $12.80 per share in cash plus 0.5252 Ritchie Bros. common shares for each share held.
