Rite Aid Corporation has agreed to acquire family-owned Bartell Drugs in a $95 million transaction. Bartell Drugs will continue to operate under its name across 67 Seattle-area stores, expanding Rite Aid's presence in the greater Seattle market and complementing its pharmacy and health services.
