Satterfield & Pontikes Construction, Inc. (“S&P”), headquartered in Houston, Texas, acquired A.G. Peltz Group, LLC and Abramson, LLC. The deal adds a specialty concrete paving and heavy civil construction platform focused on roller-compacted concrete (RCC) and slip-form paving, expanding S&P’s self-perform capabilities for larger and more complex infrastructure projects.
