Riverbend Sandler Pools Acquires Miller Pools

Riverbend Sandler Pools, a Plano-based platform and portfolio company of Concentric Equity Partners, has acquired Miller Pools, a residential pool service and renovation business headquartered in Pasadena, Texas. Founder Michael Miller sold the business and will remain as General Manager, with all employees retained as Riverbend expands its presence in the Houston market.
