SPS PoolCare, a Storr Group‑backed pool services platform based in Austin, Texas, has acquired Quality Pool Service, a residential and commercial pool maintenance and repair company serving Sugar Land and Missouri City, Texas. The deal is an add-on to SPS PoolCare’s roll-up strategy in the Sun Belt and represents the company’s 25th acquisition in Greater Houston and its 114th investment in the pool industry.
