Riveron Acquires Clermont Partners

Riveron, a national business advisory firm and portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital, has acquired Clermont Partners, a women‑owned ESG, investor relations, and strategic communications consultancy. The acquisition (terms not disclosed) adds a 35‑person team across Chicago and Washington, D.C., and expands Riveron's ESG and investor relations capabilities by creating a new ESG and Strategic Communications practice.
