Riverside, MERK and StoneCreek Invest in U.S. Cabinet Depot

The Riverside Company has completed an investment in U.S. Cabinet Depot, a Marietta, Georgia-based wholesale distributor of ready-to-assemble kitchen and bath cabinetry, with MERK Capital Corporation and StoneCreek Capital co-investing alongside Riverside. Founder and CEO Steven Xu remains a significant shareholder and will continue to lead the company; the investment will support USCD’s domestic expansion, new facility openings, product assortment growth and operational scaling.
