Riverside Partners Completes Platform Investment in UnisLink

Riverside Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm, completed a new platform investment in UnisLink Holdings LLC, a Phoenix-headquartered provider of end-to-end revenue cycle management and population health management services. The founders will remain in management and retain a large equity stake; Riverside said it will support UnisLink's next stage of growth both organically and through acquisitions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
